I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew at exactly the right time. I was buying a new property with my partner and had decided to rent my existing property in March. I have come across many Letting Agents through my line of work, and whilst they will manage properties to a certain extent, many of them only do as much as they have to keep the landlords paid, and legalities adhered to, but not so much attention is paid to the upkeep of the property and the happiness of the tenant. Therefore I was dubious about renting my property and having it managed by an agent. However, on meeting Andrew it was refreshing to find someone who does pay attention, and who realises that if the right tenant is found, and if problems are dealt with at the property quickly (no matter how minor), then the tenant is more likely to stay long term if they are happy. This also makes for a happy landlord. Andrew communicates regularly with both tenant and landlord. If any problems have arisen, he will inform me immediately, tell me how he is planning on dealing with it and will get my opinion, and then it will be dealt with. I also receive 3 monthly updates via post, which informs me if the tenant has any issues, if there are any problems with the property, or just to let me know that my tenant is happy. I have an extra source of income coming in every month now, and thanks to Andrew it comes in without worry or stress to me. My property is an investment and I trust Andrew and Award Properties to look after it for me, and I would happily recommend him to anyone who is looking for the same. Neil Winning
