From 27th May 2015 it will become a requirement upon Cambridge Letting Agents to ensure that 'all' fees and charges to Landlords and Tenants are clearly and prominently displayed in any office accessible to the public. 'Hidden' fees must become a thing of the past!
We have always been completely transparent about our charges (unlike some others), everything is there on our Website. If your Agent isn't up front about what you might be charged, then why haven't you challenged them? after all it's a matter of trust! If you can't trust your Agent, let them go and join the growing numbers putting their faith in us.
