Client satisfaction is our priority

Here at Award we always strive to go the extra mile for our landlords and tenants by providing the highest levels of service at all times. It’s easy for us to say this – why wouldn’t we, after all? – but it’s especially gratifying when one of our clients explains why they chose us and why they’ve continued to work with us for more than a decade.

Now a long-term landlord client, Andy Beatty decided to place his properties with us back in 2008 – and has kept them with us ever since – for a number of reasons:

He’s also very efficient when it comes to sorting out any issues that arise, which admittedly doesn’t happen very often. He maintained his exceptional service levels throughout the Covid pandemic, which was a really stressful time for everyone, and I’ll always be grateful for that.

‘I would advise anyone thinking of renting out a property to use an agent, because they’re worth their weight in gold. I’ve recommended Andrew to friends and family, and I simply wouldn’t entertain using anyone else. And if I ever wish to add a property or two to my portfolio, Andrew will be the first person I call because his experience and sound advice are priceless.

‘In fact, my only criticism of Andrew is that I’ve yet to persuade him to come flying with me, but I’m working on that…’
