Merry Christmas everyone!

As the Christmas season is upon us, we’d like to thank all of our clients and suppliers for their support over the last year and for the many kind words that have been fed back to us; we really appreciate them all.

May we take this opportunity, from all of us at Award Property Management Ltd, to wish you a very peaceful and enjoyable Christmas and a very Happy and prosperous New Year.

We also want to advise you of our Christmas and New Year operating arrangements. In order to ensure our staff can enjoy a break after a testing year, our office will close at 17.00Hrs on Wednesday 22nd December 2021 and will re-open again for normal business on Tuesday 4th January 2022.

Throughout this period, we will maintain operational cover for property-related emergencies and call outs. Our electrical, plumbing & heating and other general operational staff will all be available to deal with an urgent or emergency issue, however we will not be attending to general non-emergency related maintenance items that can be held over until the new year.

Should you need to contact us over the Christmas period, please call us on the main office number 01954 718660 and you will be able to leave a message which will be responded to as promptly as possible. If you wish to report non-emergency or general maintenance issues, please in the first instance email details to us at enquiries@awardpropertyltd.co.uk and these will be picked up and dealt with once our office reopens.
