Merry Christmas one and all!

Everyone at Award Property Management would like to wish you a very peaceful and enjoyable Christmas and a very happy and prosperous New Year.

We'd also like to advise you of our Christmas and New Year operating arrangements. In order to ensure that our staff can enjoy a break after a busy year, our office will close at 17.00 on Friday 23rd December 2022 and will re-open again for normal business on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

Throughout this period, we will maintain operational cover for property-related emergencies and call outs. Our electrical, plumbing & heating and other general operational staff will all be available to deal with an urgent or emergency issue, however we will not be attending to general non-emergency related maintenance items that can be held over until the New Year.

Should you need to contact us over the Christmas period, please call us on the main office number 01954 718660 and you will be able to leave a message to which we will respond as promptly as possible. If you wish to report non-emergency or general maintenance issues, please in the first instance send us details by email and these will be picked up and dealt with once our office reopens.
