As the Christmas season is upon us, we would like to advise you of our Christmas and New Year operating arrangements.
Our office will close at 12.30 on Monday 23rd December 2019 and will re-open again for normal business on Thursday 2nd January 2020.
Throughout this period, we will maintain operational cover for property-related emergencies and call outs. Our electrical, plumbing & heating and other general operational staff will all be available to deal with an urgent or emergency issue, but we will not be attending to general non emergency-related maintenance items that can be held over until the new year.
Should you need to contact us over the Christmas period, please call us on the main office number - 01954 718660 - and you will be able to leave a message which will be responded to as promptly as possible. If you wish to report non-emergency or general maintenance issues, please in the first instance send details by email and these will be picked up and dealt with once our office reopens.
