We’ve won again!

Here at Award we take delivering a quality service to our landlords and tenants very seriously, so it’s really gratifying to receive another award from AllAgents – this time the ‘Best Lettings Branch for Customer Experience’ in CB24 in 2023 award.

The results are based on reviews posted between 1 September and 31 August and the letting agent must meet a minimum review target of AllAgents’ four-star band, which is an average rating of 3.5 or above.

For owner Andrew Ward, it’s a reflection of the hard work and dedication of the Award team. ‘Our approach to doing business is to provide outstanding personal service to our customers – whether they’re a landlord or a tenant – and that’s been at the heart of our philosophy since we launched,’ comments Andrew. ‘As a result it’s lovely to be appreciated by an external organisation such as AllAgents who have now recognised us with at least one award each year since 2018.’
